1. We do not store credit card data. All data transmitted is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Refer to the privacy policy of our payment providers.
2. Cookies: This site uses Google Analytics so their privacy policy applies.
3. Crash reports: We store the IP address of crash reports to identify duplicates.
4. User data: No data is collected or shared. We do not disclose your information to third parties. Any data accessed is processed solely on a user’s device. When using third-party storage services, please refer to the corresponding privacy policy of the provider:
Accepting the consent screen when signing in with Google to connect to Google Drive will allow Cyberduck to see, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files. Accepting the consent screen when signing in with Google to connect to Google Cloud Storage will allow Cyberduck to manage your data and permissions in Cloud Storage and see the email address for your Google Account.
Mountain Duck is licensed on a per-seat basis. You have to buy a license for everyone who wants to use the software. One license can be used on any number of computers as long as it is the same user accessing the software.
You may not share your registration key unless with other legitimate users included in the license. We reserve the right to revoke your registration key at any time if we find it is made publicly available.
Refunds are issued if we cannot resolve your problem within an acceptable timeframe. Please download the application and request a trial key to test our software before buying. If you are given a refund, you must cease use of the software.
Support is provided exclusively by email on a best effort basis.
The software is a property of iterate GmbH and its licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. iterate GmbH or its licensors own all rights, titles and interests in and to the software, including but not limited to copyright and any other intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to disassemble or otherwise modify and redistribute our software.
The software is provided "as is" and with all faults. iterate GmbH is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or similar damages or liabilities.
The licensee may not transfer or assign your rights under this EULA to any third party.
Without prejudice to any other rights, iterate GmbH may terminate this EULA if you do not abide by the terms and conditions contained herein. In such event, you must cease use of the software.
When you purchase our software from the Mac App Store, the LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT applies instead.
